Speculative History
This is a coin that could have acquired its color if it were in a Mint bag and was placed on the outside next to the bag. But there is no indication of contact with the bag and that makes us think that it was kept in an envelope or some other holder.
Stages and Colors
The richness of the color in this coin made us think it was further along in its coloration, but it is actually no further along than a second cycle. The reddish color in front of the nose appears to be burgundy, followed by several yellows and oranges. Toward the outer rim there is some cyan.
So at most this colorful coin is early second cycle.
