Comments:  Maybe it is just because we like toned coins, but we would rate this one as a Mint State 64.  The devices and fields on the obverse are nearly clear.  On the reverse when you look past the toning you see very much the same.

 

All in all a very nice coin.  The old adage of "Buy the coin and not the holder" might really apply to this one.
