Comments: This is a pretty solid MS 64 coin but it is not obvious when you examine the coin in hand. It is more obvious from the pictures below where we have dropped the toning from the pictures.
There is only one superficial mark on the cheek and the rest of the obverse and reverse are either devoid of issues or they are very small. The fields might have a little reflectivity remaining but it is difficult to tell because the toning has an iridescent quality to it and it obscures the original surface.
Speculative History
We don't think this is a bag toned coin because the overall color that seems to be uniform on both sides would be hard to produce in a coin bag. So the history of this toning will probably remain a mystery.

This one is tough to figure out. If you believe the color toward the center of the coin is a combination of cobalt blue, cyan, and some pale yellow then the coin acquired its color from the inside out toward the rim. This would probably be normal since the yellows toward the rim are indicative of less toning.
But if you believe the colors toward the center are more toward the plum and deep blue then the toning sequence would be reversed and that is difficult to produce.
