Comments:  On first look this is a nice coin with almost clear fields on both the obverse and reverse.  But the face has just too many scuffs to be a higher grade.  One thing that makes it attractive is the cartwheel effect in the fields on both sides.

 

The doubled earlobe is visible only as a shadow on these images, but unfortunately the inside doubling is not visible.
