Comments:  From purely a bag mark perspective we might give this coin a little higher marks.  But this is a coin that lacks some eye-appeal because of bad toning.  The little bit of color is more discolor and just makes the coin lose some appeal.

 

However, it is a full strike and all DMPL coins get a little more respect.
