Comments:  You hate to ever argue for a downgrade unless you are a low ball collector, but this might be an exception.  To us the bag marks around the mouth and on the cheek are a little too heavy for the grade.  There are a couple of marks on the eagle's breast that also seem excessive for an MS 64.

 

That said, this is a nice coin with good cartwheels and overall attractive.
