Comments:  Often when we look at a coin in a "Rattler" holder you think you have a gem, but in this case that is not true.  The coin is a solid coin, but the obverse probably keeps it from getting a higher grade.  The reverse is better, but not by enough to boost the grade.

 

With a VAM 41 there can be a lot going on, but this is a clean enough coin to spot it all very easily.
