Comments:  This is an almost coin that drives one crazy.  The obverse is into the poof like state, but the reverse is no more than a mint state.  So the coin picks up the lesser of the two and becomes a Mint State 63.

 

The coin was graded in the days before plus grades or we think this one would have received it.  The obverse is very clean and has nice definition between the field and device.

 

On our enlarged photos the doubled profile is easier to identify than the doubled 1s, but they are there.
