Comments:  This is a coin that you might think deserves a second look as to grade.  It was given a rating of Mint State 60 back when there was barely anything but grades 60 and 65.  But on close examination this might just be a 60.

 

The fields definitely have excellent reflectivity, and it could be that the second look would be the difference between proof-like and deep-mirror-proof-like.

 

The mint mark tilted right is easily identified.
