Comments:  VAM 27 coins have been difficult to come by in decent grades.  We would probably rate this one a little higher than AU 55, but not much.

 

The double ear is easily read making this one of the easier VAMs to identify.  The California Designation on the label identifies it as a coin from the collection of Lloyd Gabbert, a well known west coast collector.
