Comments:  This coin is on the upper end of the MS 62 category and might even be a plus grade.  Under magnification there are enough bag marks on the obverse to be an MS 62, but they are not deep in the field or on the device.

 

On the reverse the fields are cleaner and would add to the overall eye appeal.  The reflectivity is appropriate to the grade designation.
