Comments:  Although there is a little color to the obverse of this coin, it is largely obscured by dirt and grime.  In an earlier time it might have rated a nicer rating.  But we elected not to include it with our other toned coins.

 

The detail on the coin looks right for the grade, but there is little if any eye appeal.
