Comments:  To us this coin lacks eye appeal and it has to be at the lower end of what would be considered an MS 62.  The bag marks are in the worst places on the device, while the fields remain clear.  But the fields are dull and don't add anything to the eye appeal.

 

There is a little bit of toning, but it is so early in the process that it is a distraction and not something that adds to the coin's appeal.
