Comments:  The reverse of this coin is somewhat better than the obverse and we think exhibits fewer abrasions.  It probably does average out to be an MS64, but maybe toward the lower end of the grade.

 

The coin has color, but to our eye it is more discolor except for a very small area on the obverse at 7 o'clock.  We did not include this coin in our toned collection only because we have others that we believe exhibit these characteristics.
