Comments:  The spike in the 8 is not prominent, but right for a VAM 2A.  The obverse of the coin is clean and appropriate for the grade.

 

The O/O mint mark is strong, but the mint mark is tilted far left and not just left.  The reverse of the coin is closer to a Mint State 64 coin.
