Comments:  This is an exceptionally clean coin that has retained good reflectivity in the fields, but no frosting on the devices.  Except for the bag mark on the lower cheek just below the corner of the mouth, this probably would have made it as a Mint State 64.  The reverse is much cleaner than a Mint State 63 in our opinion.
