Comments:  The spike in the first 8 is present, but no prominent.  The O/O low is also present but as in many coins not very strong.

 

This coin might rise to the lever of a plus grade if regraded.  There are bag marks on the highest points on the cheek, but they are not deep.  The fields on both sides of the coin are almost completely clean.
