Comments:  This is a very clean Mint State 63 coin with almost completely clear fields on the reverse.  We would rate this coin higher than an MS63, perhaps as high as a 64.

 

The reverse of the coin also approaches proof like status, but just not quite the reflectivity needed for the designation.
