Comments:  To  our eye this coin is in the middle of the grade with too many bag marks to make the plus group and not as many as we have seen on other coins of this grade.  It is a nice solid MS63.

 

Typical for VAM 5 it is recognizable for the commonly listed traits, but also by the unique termination of the hair curls toward the base of the bust.

 

We did not include the coin in our toned group because this is very early toning with no spectrum and therefore nothing to really learn.
