Comments:  The coin retains some reflectivity in places that might approach proof-like status.  What appears to be toning is part toning and part oily stuff left over from the minting process.

 

The bag marks on this coin might approach Mint State 63, but it has so little eye appeal we can understand the Mint State 62 rating.

 

This is one that is more appealing at a distance than up close.
