Comments:  Under magnification this is clearly a mint state coin, but it is difficult to get excited about.  There are few bag marks, but there is an overall dull appearance to the devices that seriously detracts from the eye appeal.

 

This is also a good grading example because it shows the variety of eye appeal that can be present in this grade.
