Comments:  The grade for this coin is definitely right and it could even be a Mint State 60.  On the obverse the coin shows plenty of bag damage, but has luster in the background.  The doubled 1s are barely visible, but the ear doubling is evident.

 

On the reverse the doubling of the legend and motto can be seen, but they are not prominent.
