Comments:  This is a great coin and on the border of the DMPL classification.  It is clearly nicer than our MS65 coins and lacks the deep reflectivity needed to be a DMPL grade.

 

The reverse does have some markings, but they are light and do not distract from the overall appearance of the coin.
