Comments:  If there is such a grade as 58 Proof Like then this coin will fit.  In our mind reflectivity and circulation are two different things, and while this coin may be lightly circulated it was not done so as to lose its luster.  At a minimum we believe it is an AU 58+.

 

The die gouge on the reverse, which is the most prominent feature, is clearly visible in this photograph.
