Comments:  There is no disagreement with the MS 63 grade on this coin.  It is in fact one of the few coins we see that both sides seem to match as to grade.  There are numerous small nicks and scrapes on both sides.

 

The little bit of discoloration is just that, "stuff."  It may be very early toning, but can also just be moisture damage.

 

VAM 10 has a lot of features.  The mint mark doubling is visible on the reverse, enlarged image.  On the enlarged obverse image the date doubling is also obvious and easily seen.

 

Not mentioned in the VAM description but obvious is the heavily overpolished right wing.
