Comments:  The reverse of this coin helps this one stay toward the middle of the grade.  There are no excessive bag marks on the obverse, but there are enough of them on the cheek to give it  a flat appearance.  The fields are better, but the dark mark just below PLU also is a distraction.

 

The reverse helps hold the grade and has a much more attractive appearance.  We would rate the reverse at MS 64 or higher.
