Comments:  This coin is a solid grade 53 with little to distinguish it except for the VAM.  Along the way it has picked up more than its share of dirt and grime.

 

The doubling on the 1 is more evident than on the 8 in the date, but both are there even at this grade.  The pinned wing die gouges are there, but partially covered in some grime.
