Comments:  This is an unusual coin where the obverse shows signs of wear and the reverse appears to be almost mint state.  Under magnification it is a nicer, cleaner coin than its grade.

 

The two VAM identifiers are clearly seen.  The doubled first 8 is very obvious and not worn.  The die gouge in DO is prominent and free of wear.
