Comments:  This is a very nice coin that might lean toward a plus grade.  The fields have excellent reflectivity and the bag marks on the face and field are not a distraction.

 

The date is clearly doubled and there is no spike in the upper loop of the first 8.  If the profile doubling was present it is gone in this coin.

 

The mint mark is centered and tilted left.  The detail of the mint mark overstrike is present on the inside of the "O" but not on the outside.

 

The eagle's right wing is over polished as is the left wreath.  In the wreath the second, third, and fourth leaf clusters all show significant over polishing.
