Comments:  Coins graded MS 60 are difficult to locate because they ride the fine line to AU 58.  Coins graded MS60PL are even rarer and when acquired PCGS had only graded 13 coins in this grade.

 

We think they got this one right and if the fields were not so scratched this would probably rise to the level of DMPL.  A nice coin for the collection.
