Comments:  On this coin the doubling of the 1s in the date is all but gone.  However, the earlobe doubling is still there and the double legend and motto on the reverse are clear.

 

This coin is lightly circulated, but definitely circulated,  I just misses the mark as a Mint State 60 coin.
