Comments:  While the field on this coin might rise to a slightly higher grade, there are excessive bag marks in the face and it probably averages out about right at an MS 63.  The field retains excellent reflectivity.

 

The "Flaky Eye" is certainly there and easily identified.  The familiar spike in the upper loop of the first 8 is present and prominent.  The obverse is clear of any die cracks.

 

On the reverse the mint mark is centered, but tilted slightly left.  The leaves in the left laurel wreath are polished out in the third and fourth cluster, but no more than normal.
