Comments:  We might argue with the grade of this coin as being poorly struck and not circulated.  The coin retains mint luster across the face but has flat areas, probably from wear.

 

The die chip in the first 8 is present, but not pronounced.  Marks on the neck appear to be bag marks and not indications of clashing.

 

The Motto is clearly doubled and the "O" mint mark is tilted left, but not dramatically.  Legend and leaf doubling are present, but not complete and faint.
