Comments:  Under magnification this coin does in fact have some toning.  But the toning is confined to a very narrow area around the rim and is obscured by so much dirt that the  colors cannot be accurately determined.  So we have not included this coin in any analysis of just the toning.

 

This coin is mint state and it lacks any bag marks that would knock the grade down, but it is not a desirable coin for most collectors.  VAM 17 is easy to read so identifiable on this coin in spite of the discoloration.
