Comments:  The fields in this coin have really nice reflectivity but just too many marks to be rated higher.  The marks are small, but the cumulative effect is a factor.

 

The coin is clashed, but lightly so and with no letter transfer is seen.  However this does open the door to the speculation that a harder clash exists.
