Comments:  The reverse of this coin carries the grade because the obverse is too scared to be more than an MS61 or even an MS60.  But the reverse is almost devoid of marks and if we are averaging out then the MS62 is a good compromise.

 

The VAM 17 is one of the easiest to identify with the single trait of the dash under the second 8.
