Comments:  This is a coin that we would place on the lower edge of MS 62 and might even argue that the obverse is an MS 61.  But the reverse is much better than the obverse and averaging the two the MS 62 grade may be right.  The reflectivity is right for a proof like rating.

 

There is just the beginning of some toning around the rim on both sides, but it is early first cycle toning and makes the coin look more dirty than toned.  We did not include this coin in our toned group for further analysis.
