Comments:  This is a cleaner coin than we often see at Mint State 61, but does have the requisite bag markings to earn the grade.

 

There is a slight beginning of some toning on the obverse, but not enough to add this to the toned coin group we track.  At best this would be early first stage toning, and then only barely.
