Comments:  This is a marginal MS 62 coin in our opinion.  The fields and devices have a lot of marks, but they are small.  It is a bit like dying a death of a thousand cuts.  The fields are dull and it has little eye appeal.

 

The color on the coin is more discolor than toning.
