Comments:  Although graded a Mint State 63, we feel like this is a borderline MS 62.  The overall bag marks are probably appropriate for the grade, but there is a strong line of bag marks extending from the upper lip almost to the ear.  This prominent feature really detracts from the coin's eye appeal.

 

There is some minor toning around the rim, but it is not enough to be much more than discoloration.
