Comments:  A very nice coin with nice cartwheels in the field.  It shows a little better in the photographs than in person where the bag marks are a little more visible.  Given the marks we think the grade is fair.

 

There is some discoloration on the obverse that we would be hesitant to call toning.  On the reverse there is a small area at about seven o'clock that almost appears to be terminal coloration.
