Comments:  We would not rate this coin any higher than a 62 but it does retain nice reflectivity in the fields and the devices are clearly separated by their contrast.  This is a well struck coin and it is the bag marks and not the strike that knock the grade down.

 

The VAM 5 markers are very clear and easily read.
