Comments:  The bag marks are appropriate to the grade on both the obverse and reverse.  The double clash at the front of the neck and the die gouge through DOL on the reverse are both visible without magnification.  Indications of the clashed letters are visible on the larger images but not really readable without the coin.

 

This VAM is an earlier die state, although not the earliest.
