Comments:  Both the date duplication and mint mark doubling are easily identified on this coin and on our larger images.  We take this to be a solid MS 64 with the reverse being a little bit stronger than the obverse.

 

Liberty's hair curls and the eagle's breast feathers are well struck and nearly complete.  The fields retain a nice cartwheel effect.
