Comments:  We see so many AU 58 coins that teeter on the edge of mint state that it is difficult to rate a coin like this one higher than the middle of the grade.  It is circulated, but the devices and fields are largely free of major marks.  But it is the overall dullness of the surface that keeps it from rating near the top.
