Comments:  Except for the one scuff on the cheek and the field immediately in front of the face, we would have rated this coin higher.  It is well struck and retains some of the cartwheel effect in the fields.  The reverse might rate as high as an MS 64 and has nearly full breast feathers.  Unlike some examples the denticle impressions above the die gouge are visible, even on the higher resolution images.

 

The single clash at the front of the neck is easily visible.  On the reverse the gouge through DOL is also visible in the lower resolution images.
