Comments:  We never like to see a coin go with no VAM, but at least this one got a grade.  This coin is tangible evidence that coins were returned to the mint after heavy circulation and then distributed as a part of the final GSA sales.

 

The wear is too heavy for VAM identification with merely an O Tilted Left as a possibility.
