Comments:  From a bag mark perspective this coin seems appropriately graded.  But it took a minute to figure out why it just looks like a lower grade.  Then we realized that there is little if any difference in the reflectivity of the device and the fields.  The coin has a monochromatic look and all the frostiness of the device has been lost.

 

The doubled 1 is visible in our enlarged images, but better images can be seen on the VAM page linked to above.
