Comments:  We believe the grade on this coin is right, but toward the lower end of an MS64.  The device has lost all of its frostiness and the features are for the most part softened.

 

The reverse doubling does not come through as clearly on these photographs as exhibited on the coin itself.

 

The color on the reverse is not enough to consider the coin toned.
