Comments:  This is a very interesting coin and reminds us of a tarnished piece of silverware that was left too long without polishing.  The color in the center of the coin appears to be dirty, but it is more likely light coloring of a terminal state.

 

The die chip in the upper portion of the first eight is visible, but on these images the digit doubling is not.
